Kerry just got my vote...

Sitting here eating dinner, and I just heard John Kerry say on the tube that he and John Edwards have a plan for energy independence. It doesn't include drilling, but rather invention of new technology that will eliminate our need for MidEast oil in 10 years....

I think the boy has come unhinged....

Re: Kerry just got my vote...

Baketech got convinced, now if BDA will just come off of it, I'm going to buy a lotto ticket and fly everyone down to my new built track in Austin, and pay for everyone to have a week off of work. Baketech will be roasting the peanuts, we'll have Bubba on the grill cooking up some roadkill, TB will be handing out dollars, and Stegen will be running around with a shaved ass

Yep, I'm on board too. Dream up some new technology, engineer, perfect and commercialize it all within ten years? Yeah, the guy has his head on straight. Count me in!

But how's he gonna answer to Al Gore's claim when he comes out of the closet and tells everyone that he invented this new energy source?

Oh, he's gonna win....little doubt about it....I'd say the odds are better than 8 to 1......

Luckily for BDA, he will be able to drive his Mr. Fusion powered automobile to the pharmacy to pick up his tranquilizers. They will be free because of the new health care system....

I guess this new energy source will be funded by the "Black Amex" credit card the the Govt will be applying for...

You get to transfer your existing debt and pay only 2.5% for the next 12 months. What's 2.5% on a trillion again?

It won't be necessary...with all the new alliances and repaired relationships that Kerredy will bring, our debtors will actually begin repaying us....

Re: Kerry just got my vote...

Actually, Ralph Nader started some of this talk when announcing his so called run. The actual idea does have merit, and if harnassed by the US, it could provide somewhat of a global technology lead along with new jobs and less reliance on foreign oil. I think they were talking about advancing 'fuel cell' technology and harnassing solar power.

Ridiculous, I know. Let other countries perfect it so we can just buy it from them.

As far as questioning the purple hearts, that right should probably be reserved for either war veterans or at least someone who's served in the US military. Just my opinion. And, I'm not a Kerry supporter either.
