A friend of mine said that postage for absentee ballots (at least in CA) is 60 cents.... people that have sent it in with 37 cents postage may get their vote returned? Make sure your vote is counted.

I think this was something arranged by the Democrats. They know that most absentee ballots are from Republicans.
