Actually, I heard on NPR the other day that the SC had already told both candidates that they would not even consider anything like happened in 2000. It'd have to take place somewhere else, the SC wouldn't even hear it...

There's no way in hell Kerry wins Alaska, which is 3 votes. All it takes is either NM or NV at this point.

EDIT: And actually, with Alaska, Bush wins. Because if it's a tie, the House chooses.
