Ooops yes when there is a cease fire that has been repeatedly violated from the time that said dictator invaded another country. This rumored to exist country (let's call it Kuwait) asked for our help to stop the killing, raping and maming of it's people not to mention the wholesale thievery and destruction of property. As far as the WMD read the original quote and you will find that Bush didn't claim that they were in possesion rather we needed to prevent the acquisition. But then this is all just rumor
