Some Humor in Here

Yeah, it's at the expense of liberals, but so what. It's funny anyway. I'm sure I'll get some redneck 'merican comments from the peanut gallery...BRING IT!

You know, I had to trail through eleven pages of Google before I could find the definition of Liberal that I work to:

http://mason.gmu.edu/~ihs/guide.html

I always describe myself as a C19th liberal, but after all the political rubbish derived from the US usage of Liberal, I'm not surprised you're averse to the term.

The federal Liberal party of Canada has also tainted the term.

LTL, I wish there was a way to put into words how closely that describes Canadian Politics.

That's even better than:

Quote:
Moses said:
Pick up your shovel, mount your ass and I will lead you to the Promised Land!

Pierre Elliot Trudeau (Canada's long time Liberal Prime Minister) said:
Throw down your shovel, sit on your ass 'cause THIS IS the promised Land!!!

Re: Some Humor in Here

A while back someone posted a test determining where you were politically. I was more liberal than conservative.

"Libertarian" describes me best.
