This decision is not only wrong, but un-Constitutional. In fact, the Supremes shouldn't even have the authority to push this type of **** around.
Very well said! I live less than 1 mile from a Wal-Mart and ALWAYS drive past it to go shopping. F*** Wal-Mart and everyone else stepping on my freedoms. The leaders of our great USA(both parties) are selling it's people out!

Yeah, this is a scary path to start down. We need to rise up and vote all the incumbent crooked politicians out in hopes that the new ones will be do their jobs honestly (at least for the first few years ) while looking out for their constituents welfare.

And here in New Jersey where we have legalized political corruption know as pay to play, the politicians are going to be trying to take our land as early as tomorrow...

I'm moving.

EDIT: and I fail to understand why having that school nearby has an impact on your ancestors graves. Some high schools maybe as the little vermin might vandalize the cemetary but I think the chance of that is low with this school.
Yeah, yeah, I know, it's just that they aren't (as far as I know) trying to work with the town as far as zoning ordinances go. The impact on the cemetary is probably minimal. It's just that all the development irritates me.

I think I'm going to find some sick satisfaction as the liberal hippies and soccer moms have their land stolen from them by jack booted government thugs and they look to me for help and I just say "Sorry, but thanks to the gun controll movement you have been pushing for decades, there is no on equipted to stop them. Bur rest well in your new home that you did it for the children." On a more serious note, I think this sets a very bad precidence. But what the hey, this country is what 230 years old? History says its about time for it to all implode.
