Well, that will be two nominees for President Bush. Hopefully they will both be more like Rehnquist rather than O'Connor.
As long as they are nothing like Souter, Ginsburg or Breyer we'll be alright. The nominees should also know that the Supreme Court has no business whatsoever bringing in laws and opinions from other countries and trying to rewrite the Constitution to the left's liking.

What kills me is John Warner (one of my Senators) is already spouting off that she should be replaced with a moderate. This RINO isn't getting my vote next go around... I used to send him letters telling him how I felt but he was to busy hammering Barbara Walters to give me anything but a glorified form letter.

Do these people understand that a SCJ merely interprets law? That their political bias should have NOTHING to do with how they interpret law. These people just decided that not only can the government use your property (Emminent Domain) Now they can give it to another (more worthy?) citizen with more tax revenue potential.
