Then how can you say it's wrong? Because Bush "started" it? I got news for ya buddy...these yahoo's started it back in '93 when they tried to take down the WTC the first time. Klinton ignored it, Bush is doing something about it.

Bingo...not everyone will agree with war...whether it's this one or a different one. But at least have a spine and support your fellow countrymen that fight for the freedom of the country.

the problem is is that you cant just say "they" started it because we only know what the media has shown us.

As far as i know she was protesting the war, not the soliders.

How is it no purpose at all? We are defeating the enemy on their own territory instead of letting them attack us on our soil. They killed over 3000 of our CIVILIAN people in a SINGLE DAY. After nearly 3yrs of being overthere we haven't even lost 2/3 of that number in MILITARY casualties. It sucks either way, but those soldiers/Marines knew what could happen when they signed up. They're doing their job.

Did they not attack the WTC in '93? Did they not blow up one of our ships in '98(?)? Did they not crash 4 planes and take down both of the WTC's?

Yes, we invaded them in Desert Storm at the request of the Kuwaiti's because Saddam invaded and occupied THEM.

If someone were to walk up to you and start punching you, would you sit there and take it or would you fight back?

And i am not saying they arent doing their job, they are. Do you beleive that you have the right to say i wont go if you belive to be a suicide mission?

My mistake. it is not a suicide mission. It was said that when you join into the military that you do what you are told, regardless of if you like it or not. You cant tell me that every solider that is in Iraq agrees with what is going on.

So its wrong to comment on something unless you know everything on the subject? it would be different if what you were to say would make any difference in anything other than a discussion on a internet forum.
