| Gen Hayden doesn't get the 4th Ammendment Gen Michael Hayden, former NSA Chief, and now head of the CIA, was grilled about the 4th ammendment in a press conference. The 4th ammendment lays out legal search and seizure.
The result: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l9hzp...th%20amendment
I like the anchor's resonse - "Well maybe they have a different constitution over there at the NSA!" |

| Re: Gen Hayden doesn't get the 4th Ammendment I love it when Government officials make idiots of themselves. There are many times they could make their point and get a positive response, but because of the lack of knowledge concerning the little things they get slammed and appear to be idiots to the World. |

Yet you are not going to take issue with what the very reason he was being asked about the 4th amendment in the first place? |

| Re: Gen Hayden doesn't get the 4th Ammendment Can any of you tell me what is "probable cause?" I find it hilarious that people think the Constitution lays out anything...Only the Supreme Court can determine what probable cause means...And remember, the Constitution ONLY says no warrants shall issue without probable cause. |
