Gen Hayden doesn't get the 4th Ammendment

Gen Michael Hayden, former NSA Chief, and now head of the CIA, was grilled about the 4th ammendment in a press conference. The 4th ammendment lays out legal search and seizure.

The result:

I like the anchor's resonse - "Well maybe they have a different constitution over there at the NSA!"

I love it when Government officials make idiots of themselves. There are many times they could make their point and get a positive response, but because of the lack of knowledge concerning the little things they get slammed and appear to be idiots to the World.

So you take issue with the fact that a non-elected government employee, who is in charge of setting up a program to illegally spy on U.S. citizens without probable cause, makes himself look foolish by not knowing the very amendment of the constitution he and his organization are voilating. Yet you are not going to take issue with what the very reason he was being asked about the 4th amendment in the first place?

Come on man, that's Olberman you can't refer to him as the anchor

Just giving you a hard time, he is probably the only political talk show anchor I know, and that is only because he and Dan were the best ever Sportscenter team from back in the early 90's.

Can any of you tell me what is "probable cause?" I find it hilarious that people think the Constitution lays out anything...Only the Supreme Court can determine what probable cause means...And remember, the Constitution ONLY says no warrants shall issue without probable cause.
