What loving wife wouldn't cover for her husband?

Now about Obama. I saw the guy on some politically oriented show once. Must have been on PBS. I was not impressed. I liken him to Peter Sellers in the movie "Being There." Obama just happened to be in the right place at the right time.
I am kinda hoping that the Dems are using Hillary to get the Reps. to play their hand too early for the presidental run. But with the past history of the Democrats I don't think they are thinking that far ahead. The 08 election should be quite the spectacle. Can't wait. | jaim, how the hell am I supposed to not like you when I agree with you? |

Someone had to wear pants, Bill obviously wasn't. | No she is a bitch. Nothing wrong with assertive women. But she is a bitch.
Anyone that repeatedly covers for her husband cheating on her is:
a: a door mat
b: without self respect
c: not in love, just using him
d: a combination of the above

A. - Obviously doesn't apply to her
B.- Doesn't appear to apply
C.- So? These are world class politicians.. that's what they do. How does that make her a bitch?
Maybe she's got her own love interest on the side. Maybe she didn't put the country through a first family divorce because she thought it would traumatize little kids. Or cause Rush's head to explode. |

| Re: Hillary Steps Closer to Run in '08 In the the best way I know how, allow me to say this without judgement. I'm not being a male pig here, but the majority of Americans are not ready or willing to have a woman serve as President in my opinion. She could be the best overall choice and would still not win office because she lacks a penis.
Oh wait, we're talking about Hillary, she may have a penis. That would explain a lot. |

Okay how about this. Hillary will be the best president this country could ever have. When she becomes president term limits will be repealed and she will be president until she dies. I can't wait for Bill Clinton to be the first man and I look forward to Hillary's cabinet being filled with a string of actors and movie stars. It will be utopia. |

| Re: Hillary Steps Closer to Run in '08 Hillary Clinton has been an excellent Senator for New York, and was handlily reelected despite her Southen roots. She has a solid record of accomplishment in the Senate.
I don't like her as a Presidential candidate because she is sufficiently left of center to be unelectable in a national election. The scary thing is that she is far out in front of anyone in terms of financial potential and name recognition, and I suspect would have an a facile run at the nomination. That would allow the Republicans to thoughtlessly elect another idiot like W, and mire the country in more bad policy like the Iraq war. In case you're wondering, the Bush administraiton has been playing the same intelligence games with Iran's nuclear poltential as they did with Iraq's WMD. They never learn.
Personally, I think Hillary would make an outstanding President because Bill Clinton has good politcal instincts, and probably would keep her on the straight and narrow. That said, she's a horrid candidate. I would honestly prefer Al Gore. But all this stuff about her being a bitch is ludicrous at best. I would prefer a bitch to an idiot. Lyndon Johnson was a real SOB, but he was an outstanding President (despite initiating the Viet Nam war). |
