I use the help in this site to get my parts a lot. They have not been wrong yet.

i gave the store the part number and they said it crossed with another number so hopefully they get it right. according to that site that is the right part.

So last night, while I was getting ready to bathe the kids, my downstairs neighbor calls and says come down -there is a leak...So, I have to shut off my water, shower at someone else's house, wash dishes with cold water, and not go to work today because I gotta wait on the plumbers, who came last night, but wouldn't work because it was late (and I had already turned off the water...)

Pretty standard apartment stuff, you say...Well, today, 4-hours, 2 plumbers, 3 different apartments, 2 of my walls ripped down, my toilet IN the tub, THERE IS NO ****ING LEAK IN SIGHT!

I wish I could...I own it. And, as the value of it, even with missing bathroom walls and a phantom leak below is in excess of $400K (purchased for only six thousand by my family in the early-mid seventies) I will not sell...But I may move temporarily...

Yeah, but it wasn't my money...I just got the place, but I have to take the "basis" of the previous owner (family), and as far as the building and sale of the apt goes, I get to keep the first 6K of any sale, but then have to give to the building 33% of the remaining sale price...Bullshit...So, I can never really sell, but I guess I could borrow against it for my kids college or a new Porsche (as it has no mortgage).

well i have a yota truck with a 22r engine. it has 336k and runs like a champ. too bad everything else is broken.... your dog can swim. she does look kinda big to pull up with a net though.
