| Re: What one thing pissed you off, today? I-80 closed from Des Moines all the way to Nebraska, I-35 closed from Des Moines, North to the Minnesota border. Three foot drifts in my parking lot. The Polk County sherriff asking everyone to stay home. My school is the one thing in the entire region that is open. They won't close med-schools for anything. Then I get here and the guest lecturer isn't here so the few of us that did bother to show are up a sitting in an empty lecture hall.

SO to take your mind off this you head down to the local cinema and go watch whatever they have showing - walk in and buy the first ticket you see and take a seat. Well I ended up sitting in a 90's film session and the movie was all about some chick that lost her identity on the interweb thingy. In the movie all these bad ass dudes are chasing her and she runs into some internet cafe and starts downloading something off the web. Well the movie camera pans around to show you the computer monitor this chick is working on.... and you wouldn't bloody believe it... there on her computer screen is MY BLOODY REPORT!! ... |
This post pissed me off today.
and I refuse to make a second attempt at reading it so that I might possibly understand it.
I am going to shut off my computer now. I am afraid my 15 page term paper will end up on LeeLover's GPS navigation screen somehow.

Man, that's a liberating feeling. |

AB if you have some legal advise to lend I'm all ears!!! | Unfortunately, if there is a sick child involved, any reviewing authority is going to frown on subjecting a child to more stress. However, your EX is bound by the visitation terms in your sep agreemnt/divorce decree(if the sep ag wasn't incorporated into the div dec). You can always petition the court to reevaluate visitation, but based usually on changed circumstances.
I would advise you to talk to your lawyer, as I am not allowed to give you "legal advice" in your state, because I am not admitted in your state. Nor am I presently going to research the issue, which might take a while, right now. |

| Re: What one thing pissed you off, today? I know that you aren't able to "practice" in my state nor would any info that you gave be able to be held up in court but my lawyer (I have tried several) seems to be a know nothing twit that doesn't care about winning or losing just wants his freakin check. So ANY biker to biker advice that you could lend would be VERY helpful if it does nothing more than switch my research in a different direction. If your advice is simply bend over and hope they use lube, I heard that from my lawyer.

Then she might surprise you.
