You couldn't even identify "each and every one of them" which just establishes how difficult the issue really is...We have still caused or supported those who caused the deaths of many more of them than they have killed of us, and yet the animocity and sheer emotional hatred of them by the typical American is unbelievable...Fewer than 10,000 (including the Cole, 9/11, Iraq, and Afghanistan)people of America or America's protectorate extraction have died in this "war on terror" since 2001, and yet where is the same level of outrage at the Vietnamese, with more than 55,000 people of American extraction dead in that conflict? Its this sort of attitude that has you in the mess you are in. Im bugged because our jellyfish Prime Minister rushed in to continue to be Bush's little bitch and now we are part of this screw up too.

While all you want to do is kill them all they will want to do is kill you. How do you see this getting resolved while you think that way?
