| Re: For Gun Owners Does anybody use the bullet button or prince50 magazine release on here. My buddy has a special edition "chewbaca" ar-15 and to make it lecal in cali he just put the bullet button on it.
Here is an article on his rifle. He has the EOS sight on his and it isn't a knock-off it's the real "Chewbaca" by Spikes Tactical. CHEWBACCA TEST DRIVE |

| Re: For Gun Owners It locks the magizine into place so that it is not detachable. You have to load through the ejection port or take down the weapon. Fortunately I live in a state which does not have such assinine draconian gun laws.
Here we are a shall issue state and for CCW permits no record and you can get your permit at 21, not some influence based county by county maybe we'll issue you one and then it's not recognized anywhere else but the county where you live.
Our state laws follow the federal code of regulations, there are no additional prohibitions on weapons ownership.
Get out of the peoples republik of Kalifornia and you can own a real gun. |

Plus meeting all of the eligibility requirements at the Federal and State level.
For example since Kalifornia does not allow silencers the ATF will not issue a tax permit for the transfer of a silencer to a california resident. But I can get one here in Oklahoma.
To get post 86 automatic weapons you must be a FFL dealer with a type 2 or type 3 special occupational tax permit and then you can get dealer samples of automatic weapons, they are called post ban dealer samples. If you give up your FFL you do not get to keep post ban dealer samples. The nice thing is the post ban dealer samples usually don't cost much more than the civillian semi auto versions.
The next class is pre 86 dealer samples which again you must be a dealer to posses and they can not be transferred to anyone who is not a FFL type 2 or 3 SOT, but if you go out of business and give up your FFL you get to keep pre ban dealer samples in your personal collection.
Finally fully transferrable automatics, if a weapon was registered with the ATF prior to may of 1986 it qualifies as a fully transferrable. | Pretty sure you need that Class3 FFL in Michigan. |

| Re: For Gun Owners Michigan must have further restrictions on ownership of NFA weapons and devices than just the Code of Federal regulations. OKlahoma as long as you are in compliance with the CFR then everything is good. Only reason to get a FFL and SOT is if you wanted less expensive full auto's but then you can't keep them if you ever quit dealing so it's not worth it to me. |

| Re: For Gun Owners I can sum up 95% of the cause of all our problems here in the states in just a very few words and guns theirself are not the problem.
Politicians and lobbyist who have no conscience and will sell their soul to further their own agenda's which are all driven by the all mighty $.
Think about it most all crimes could be prevented by just having good laws that are upheld in a court of law.
A good example might be O.J Simpson getting away with murdering two people in cold blood because of some slick talking lawyers were able to suppress or skew the facts related.
I believe guns are necessary to keep us a free country. I think some day this country will experience a revolution and guns will be a big part of the people winning the war. Sooner or later the people of this country are going to get tired of the government running our lives and taking our money and spending it on things we don't want them to spend it on. |

| Re: For Gun Owners I might add that our new presidential candidates are both not the right person's for the job but because people with money are able to push their candidate to the front so that when that candidate gets into office he will do things that will favor their business/corporation/agenda.
Ron Paul would have done what ever was needed to get this country back on track. The other two will just run this country further into the ground. |

Sh*t you guys aren't citizens - your a mini militia!!!
BLinkin'ell those are machine guns...who are going to defend yourself against Godzilla? You guys have been watching way too many Arnold movies
Just out of curiosity: IF Obama gets in, how far do you really think he'll get with any new gun laws?
Given the current economic crisis and that fact that the next president will be inheriting a $700 Billion additional debt currently I reckon your more likely to get higher tax on your ammo than no ammo at all?
After all someone's gonna have to pay it back and as we all know it'll be us taxpayers... |

Really they aren't machine guns they just look bad ass. Took TheCuteOne to the range yesterday, she's the second coming of annie oakley... In her past life she must have been a sniper, her 5 round shot groups were sub dime sized. |

As I've said many times now, I believe everyone should have the right to protect themselves and their families.

Yes realise the $700 Billion is just the bail out fund and on top of Securing banks and taking on the bad debt of Fanny and Freddy and and...the situation is the same her in the UK....we gonna be paying for decades.
BettingPython
But don't you think that whoever gets in is going to have bigger fish to fry?
The new President will have to deal with the economic fallout - which is going to be worse in 2009/2010 than it currently is. So far we just have the headlines, not the actual fallout. Then there's Iraq and how to get out. Afghanistan and how to stop it falling into civil war. Plus Iran and some form of political settlement. Oil prices and the danger of over-speculation. Unemployment - which is already rising. The slowdown of Eastern economies. etc etc.
The new President is going to have some mighty big issues to deal with... |
