Re: on PBS tonight:

I always find C.S. Lewis' comments interesting. Freud on the other hand...
Anyway, I seem to have lost my local channels on DirecTV so I may or may not get to see this one.

He is also credited as being the Father of modern geometry, hence cartesian coordinates.

I say degree's the fact that there is always a good better and a best IE (Suzuki/Good, Yamaha/better, Honda/Best). The whole idea of perfection.... all be it intangible.

Since we can concieve of a perfection... There must be a perfect being. God.

The Ontological Argument

Re: on PBS tonight:

the show was kinda disappointing. Lots of good documentary but every 15 minutes they would switch to a roundtable discussion with a bunch of (apparent cheese tasters ) people who had a hard time trying to explain what it was they believed. baaaaad. Good thing it was on Tivo ZIP past the cheese tasters.

I'd give it 2 stars.
