| Book Recommendation: The Screwtape Letters A very good book by a very good author. A bit on the dark side and classed as a satire (while I think not). Also the version I read ISBN# 0-06-065293-4 had in the back an Appendix titled Screwtape Proposes a Toast.
A 4 hoof up recommendation. |

| Re: Book Recommendation: The Screwtape Letters I think that the fact that they are satiric had to be made clear, because when the letters were first read as a serial on BBC, there were complaints from listeners that thought the advice being offered was, well, kinda devilish. |

However hoping never to know for sure the comments seemed like what might come from the other side  |
