| My 95 blade Hey All, time to post some pics of my blade.
This is how it was when I bought it about 9 years ago. It had been dropped but fairly gently judging by the amount of damage. It was the best thing I could afford at the time
A couple of years later I painted it and added an end can.
This is how she looks at them moment. I had to repaint the wheels when I did the 17" front. I have also modded the RH pillion peg to be an exhaust hanger only and removed the LH one altogether. For those Aussies out there, can you guess the colour I used?
hope you like |

As far as guessing the colour, I would go with Tulip Black |

| Re: My 95 blade Ah yes they came up this time.....
Looks like a good job to me, I like the colour - good balance between a conservative colour with a few graphics to brighten it up. |

you're close on the colour. but not quite. There was only one car made in Australia that had this colour and it was introduced around 1996.
It's called Cherry Black and it came out on the Holden Special Vehicles (HSV)
Senator in the VS model. For you Brits, think an early incarnation of the Vauxhall Vxr8..sort of. Still a powerful V8 Sedan but with Aussie power under the hood |

The collection can be improved a lot! |

| Re: My 95 blade Thanks for the feedback guys. I just bought the new CBR1000RR. I love my 95 but the new one is just such an amazing thing.
My wife is demanding I sell the old one because there's "absolutely no need for two motorbikes"
bollocks to that I say. I might cave later but for now, The 95 stays. It'll be cleaned and covered. may take it out every once and a while. It's worth more to me than I presume anyone would be willing to pay for it. It can sit there in the shed and look good |

| Re: My 95 blade thinking of ordering some Rizoma bits. maybe the reservoirs and bracket in anodised black. then maybe their rearsets. I'm liking the understated yet cool look of their gear. at least from what I can see on the net.
I get the impression PJ's is the place to deal with for this gear?
I assume they'll ship to OZ ?? |
