| my new project for winter hi fellow riders, i picked her up today from a kid who just learned how to ride i guess and was his first bike him telling me he was going to fast for the road conditions and could'nt control it and basically trashed the front and side fairings luckily it has a clean title, so a custom paint job and some tlc will get her back on the road next summer. he was asking $3000 and i got him down to $1900 so any idea's on color and stuff would help. IM THINKING BLACK WITH FLAKY BLUE but open to opinions.
it has a complete exhaust system with valve been removed but i cant tell what kind it is cauz of the scratches. |

And you got a posh garage, got carpet n everything
Funny enough my Uncle always put carpet down in the garage I guess if you have enough spills you can just throw it out, and it keeps the dust down to a minimum

With the addition of big cardboard boxes when the oil drips on them, its cheaper (and easier) to just throw it away and grab some more. Quote:

Cardboard is of course cheaper (local supermarket/auto shop throwing out a constant supply of large cardboard boxes), and also offers more insulation for the winter months. Quote:

What is the outcome you want from the bike? Will you be street fighting her or returning her to original? SSB is currently modifiying his CBR900RR and I believe he is going down the same route as the SSSA.
Again, it depends what colour you want to go for, regarding the wheels you don't want the colour to be too light or you'll be for ever cleaning the chain wax off of them.
