Just booked
my flight for Laguna Seca. DFW to San Fran, a whopping $315 with flight protection insurance. I can't believe I'm this close to seeing the GP bikes light it up All I need left is a rental cage, need to call Hertz

Who else has their trip booked?

Just the weekend for me. Flying in Thursday night, flying out Monday afternoon. I'd make it into a vacation if I was going to have a bike with me. Just the weekend saves me from spending more $ on a spendy vacation. + I need $ for the swag at the track, should have some good GP stuff to buy

Edit: TGZ, I'll call you during practice on the cell, so you can hear the bikes ripping down the front straight. You might need some earplugs for the call though

I understand that, I wanted to go as well, but no ride. And I booked (paid) my tickets last year for this. I was going to go to Brno last year I wanted to go so bad so it coming here is like Xmas for me, especially at 1/2 the price that I was going to pay to fly overseas. I still want to go to Muello or Valencia though and see it in its' biggest place

Oh I'm not going either, I can't swing both...

Mugello is on my short list, as are any of the Spanish rounds. Oh to be back in 2001/2002 and see a UK round with colin/bayliss... Man did I miss those opportunities!

I got to see the start of the win cycle for CE at Laguna in '02. AZ929rr was sitting right next to me in the stands and bet me $20 that Nicky would place higher, CE won, and I still haven't received my $20, the bastard!
