Just wanted to get some opinions before I did anything. I can get the 2-pc highside for $269 in colors that I like s/b, or the Speedmaster for $429 in red. I will probably only do one road track day. Most of my riding is around home. What do you think? Does the Highside have hard plastic armor or just the foam? Thanks

Personally I wouldn't buy anything called a Highside. Sounds like it hurts!!
Just superstition I guess.

For the occasional trackday, a 2-piece suit is fine, however, after one trackday, it usually becomes a habit. For the best protection, a one-piece is the way to go and at those prices, you'd be crazy not to get the speedmaster.

Yep... I paid 900.00 for my one piece speedmaster last spring.

Where are you getting a speedmaster for $429??? I need a suit - and can't decide on whether to simply buy the pants to match my speedmaster jacket or get the 1 pc. Any suggestions?

Update on prices. 339 for 1 Piece highside, 479 for speedmaster, which is still good prices. Thats from Motofit on ebay.
