| Re: What riding gloves fit you best? No gloves fit me well, my fingers are longer than most glove patterns....
I occasionally find a pair of "Fridays" that fit....just by trying on every pair of gloves I find....but it's no guarantee that the same pair and size will fit next time.
Oddly enough, I had a couple of pairs of Tourmaster gloves that fit really well, but had no wrist closure so I quit wearing them....

| Re: What riding gloves fit you best? Tour Master Robomax Carbon, the best race-style glove you can get in this price range IMO. They're eighty bones from Kneedraggers, but please note, the TM link below shows the correct item, not the photo shown on KD's site. http://www.tourmaster.com/robo_carbon_large.jpg |

| Re: What riding gloves fit you best? As of now, all I have are Tour Master Standard Rider Gloves. They are THE most perfect fitting glove I have ever worn in my life. Wouldn't be much protection in a fall, but some is better than none. And they are incredibly cool and comfortable in hotter weather. Also have velcro wrists, so they fit perfectly, AND very tightly.
Any future glove purchases I make will most definitely be Tour Master.

At one time price was my only concern (yeah, I know, its a crappy way to choose safety equip., live and learn)... until I was caught in a downpour wearing Olympic gloves. When I took the gloves off.. er.. well.. you couldn't tell I had taken the gloves off. The color bled all over my hands... they ended up in the trash. |

funny but, i have found that that may be one of the best and quickest way to break-in a pair of gloves. ride in the rain. this happened to me by chance, not choice. thoughts?, anyone have the same experience? |

| Re: What riding gloves fit you best? I own a wonderful fitting pair of Alpinestars SP2 gloves which I purchased last year (really excellent, on a par with Alpinestars GP Pro's, I think). Curiously, when I tried on a pair of SP2's at the local dealer this year I found I had to go up one size from the pair I own to get a similar fit. Mis-labeled?
I can't bring myself to buy gloves over the Internet because of the potential for this sort of sizing discrepancy. Gotta have 'em where I can try 'em on, don't ya know, and I'm willing to pay the dealer's asking price for that privilege. |

I use a spray bottle and wet them little at a time. Works pretty good |

| Re: What riding gloves fit you best? The best pair of gloves that I've put on, to date, were Helds. Due to the $$$ that those bad boys cost I ended up with Teknics. So far I've been pretty darn happy with them. I haven't had the chance to try on the latest from Alpinestars, but I'm very impressed with their quality. |

BW | Teknic fit well, but wore out fast, had really poor stiching in both pairs of Volator II's, and a pair of their Enforcer gloves. I had to sew them back together many times.
Joe Rocket gloves seem to stick together better but they're colored leather seems to rub off quickly and they fingers were actually a bit too long.
My current favorite for fit and finish are Icon. I have a pair of Ti-Max gloves for over a year now, still look as good as the day I got them although the style isn't for everybody. Just picked up a pair of Icon Barrier gloves. They are the biggest they, make an XXXL and I actually have a little extra room in the fingers, but not too much. They're sizes run small, so it's always best to try them on first. I haven't had a chance to test them out on the bike yet as I've been sick the last few days but I hope to get a run in soon.

Works pretty good | No need for spray thingies on this side of the planet Mother nature makes sure the gloves break in When (I think) summer has arrived I can control the weather by giving my bike a good wash.. Rain WILL come within 30 min's... I do hope the GP-Plus gloves ordered on the Group-Buy fit as well as my present AS gloves in the same size..
