| Re: Which helmet fits........ You the best? I'm gonna buy a new helmet and was wondering opinions on fit. I ask this because I tried on an AGV and it was the wierdest fit imaginable, pressed against my forehead and back of head, loos on the sides. Does anyone have a Suomy Gunwind? If so what do you think of it? I already know everyones opinion on Arai=looks good excellent quality, Shoei=looks stupid cause it's so round. My opinion on these two are they both have ugly graphics. | |

| Re: Which helmet fits........ I had the same problem with an old AGV, tight on the forehead and back of the head. Sounds like you've got an 'oval' shaped head like me. Arai signet fits me great, but I'm seriously leaning toward a KBC racer 1 since Arai has their 'no internet sales policy' now. a$$holes! |

| Re: Which helmet fits........ I'm an Arai guy all the way. I also have a Suomy Gunwind that fits pretty good too, and they have some SWEET graphics. I'll agree with you on the AGV. It fits very tight in the front and back. I have found the Shoei to be TOO HEAVY. |

 | Re: Which helmet fits........ I just bought a Soumy Gunwind over the weekend. I love the fit and have no complaints. Doesn't fit too tight anywhere, but snug (it's new so it will loosten up a bit). I have a Shoei RF-900 and the fit is pretty similar except that the Shoei did fit a bit too tight around my forehead. I really think the helmet fit depends on the shape of your head. |

| Re: Which helmet fits........ The best thing for you to do is go and try them on. Helmets fit everyone differently, and different models within the same company fit differently. People who have 'Arai heads' can now get a good fit with the new Shoei x-eleven, as Shoei has changed the shape. An Arai Quantum will fit a bit differently than an Arai RX7. |

| Re: Which helmet fits........ I am an Aria Signet. I spent 2 hours trying on all kinds of helmets and as soon as the signet went on my head I knew that was it. I do know the Suomy helmets run EXTREMELY SMALL. |
