Re: Joe Rocket Highside suit

I'm seriously considering one but can't decide. My other choice is a used Vanson Cobra/sportpants combo.

I have one as well, and for the price I think it's a great purchase. *Haven't tested it (don't want to) but leather thickness is pretty good and padding/plastics in elbow and knees seems sufficient. *Purchased through New Enough, Holly has great customer service.

I thought they came with it.

That's the problem with Vanson, it's great quality stuff but comes stripped. A vest, armor and back protector adds $200 to the price.

Hey Skully ,

What happened to the Ryno suit you got ? Did you start working out and getting too buff to fit or is your better half feeding you to much good food?

Re: Joe Rocket Highside suit

I have a highside 2 piece suit. I love it. Comfortable. I have never road tested it but it rides great.

I am in the process of selling it if anyone wants one. It is a size 54 US 64 euro. I bought it last year and I have lost 68 pounds since then. Kinda big on me now. Still works but big. So if anyone is interested, let me know. Its the biggest suit Joe Rocket makes. It is black, gunmetal, white with chrome strips down the sleeves.

It was too small and not jewel friendly when standing. You should have made me get the 42.

Re: Joe Rocket Highside suit

crash tested mine a week ago, held up good on a pretty mild 40-45 mph crash. Skuffed, ground most of the plastic patch off the shoulder, but no seams blew out or holes burned through. Not as nice as My dianese, but well worth $500.
