Rib Jacket Protection?

Is there such a thing as a rib jacket or equivalent protection for the sides of your rib cage? I recently crashed and landed on the right side of my ribs. It seems like one of the few places on my body that doesn't have armor of some sort. My back protector doesn't wrap around that far...

Any ideas?

Re: Rib Jacket Protection?

That stuff is pretty close, but I still don't see anything that wraps around and covers the sides of your ribs. My right arm was extended up so the whole ride side of my ribs were exposed and that's pretty much how I landed...

You guys who played football, remember those rib jackets? That's what I need

Re: Rib Jacket Protection?

Rib injuries are common in kart racing....here's an example of one product.

That's pretty much what I'm looking for... I think I'll give this a try. Thanks
