Retail 1399
Buy 600
Spidi Proto One
Retail 1399.95
Buy 700
Which one would you buy based on quality....not worried about looks, so that's why I'm not posting pics. |

| Re: Spidi or RS Taichi?? I've had good luck with my Spidi stuff. Crashed three times in my Parsek jacket/Multi pants and once in my current Norick suit with no issues. |

| Re: Spidi or RS Taichi?? I'd say it's a toss-up. I have been happy with my Spidi Hook (lower-end in the Spidi line) suit, but I know RS Taichi is top-shelf stuff.

What he said. I was in the market 3 yrs ago, and it came down to the RS Taichi Blast Evo or Alpinestars Haga suit. I got a smoking deal on the Alpinestars so I went with that. With that said, RS Taichi is top quality. Their gloves are worth it as well.

| Re: Spidi or RS Taichi?? I notice the spidis use 1.2 leather and the Taichis use 1.5 leather....hmmm

sliderwind, the viper pro,
slider prof for very good price...
Man I hate making these decisions....

| Re: Spidi or RS Taichi?? My final word...go with the Taichi. Just be cautious of sizing, I hear they run a bit smaller than most other brands. |

| Re: Spidi or RS Taichi?? Honestly, I'd give Trackoholic a jingle and ask about his Kushitani stuff. He gets excellent prices on the stuff, and it's durable. That's what my next suit will be |
