DOT SNELL
If I but an Arai from Europe or Japan...can I still wear it at the track? What I need to know is if they are still DOT and Snell Certified...anyone done this?

It's an Arai Rx7 corsair...just found it on eBay. But it's in Japan.

I can't even remember tech even looking for the actual sticker last trackday. The ARAI sticker in the front or the one clearcoated on the back was proof enough probably.

Just a word of warning, I'm sure there is something about the Japanesse Arai's having a different shell shape to the european/n.american versions

I was figuring that also cause if I ever do a trackday my Suomy isn't Snell approved but is BSI and I doubt they'd check since so many racers wear the Spec-1R anyway.
