Mike says he should be contacting everyone that is on the group buy by the end of the weekend for payment info and any questions that need to be answered.

Sorry I didn't post this earlier, but I've been on travel until today. Mike left me a msg saying that he's behind schedule by a couple days and hasn't been able to contact everyone on the list. He should be contacting you shortly if he hasn't all ready.

Re: Interested in group buy for impact armor chest protector or back protector?

My ladyfriend got me a chest and back protector a few yrs ago. It's really nice. slim(fits under tight leathers), a little wierd at first, but i think your body temp makes it more pliable after a few minutes. Never had to test it, but if it's good enough for Nicky,B.Bostrom, and C. Edwards...I've been wearing it for a few yrs, still looks new, yet for some reason i've never seen anyone else at a track day with one.

My buddy received his on the 9th I believe. I was away on vacation so I didn't get my cc info to Mike until a late last week....so I'll probably be last on the list.

Yeah, I talked to Mike. He was really friendly on the phone, and we even bs'd for awhile on his dime. He told me about Troy Corser's butt.

You better ask him about that.

I have not gotten the templates yet, but I'm <cough> not in any hurry.

Re: Interested in group buy for impact armor chest protector or back protector?

Here's Mike's reply: I replied thanking him and saying I looked forward to everyone receiving their template and finally the finished product.

Fred,

Please tell your members to relax. We did not begin to create templates until we had contacted all of your membership. It has taken at least three weeks for this process to play itself out. The exception being Axel who had a race this past weekend. We expedited his order and he is now in possession of his Impact Armor Chest Protector.

Tell the membership that most of the templates will be going out this week. Also, be sure that the membership understands that our armor is made to measure. This means that each template must first be created before a fitting template can be sent.

Check out http://www.nickyhayden.com latest pictures. You can see his Impact chest protector greeting Mr.. Honda this past sunday at Motegi.

Regards.

Mike

Nope, haven't received my template yet but I'm patient. He's got my $ so if I don't see a template by next week I'll contact him, other than that, I'm in cruise control, looking forward to receiving the product.
