Poor service at Helmet Harbor

| Poor service at Helmet Harbor Despite trying to get them to order a couple of shields they still managed to screw up not return my calls nor get the items shipped in time.
Is there any other decent online shop taht does both shoei and arai visors?

| Re: Poor service at Helmet Harbor  Surprised to hear you got poor service. I ordered a new shield last week and had it within a couple of days. They were great when I bought my Shoei X-11 last year too. Sorry to hear they didn't get the job done for you. |

Call up and ask for Jeremy or Jeff and tell them you are friend of Tank. PM me your name and i'll make sure they get it and give you a call. |

| Re: Poor service at Helmet Harbor Thanks I am going to try the other place. The problem was not intl shipping as I was having the stuff paid and shipped within the US. Despite faxes, emails etc they just didnt sort it out which meant I wasnt able to get the stuff shipped in time to arrive in the UK.
bummer by the time I get it summer will be over
