| Alpinestars gloves help I have a pair of Alpinestars GP Plus gloves. They seem to be really awesome, except the left-hand pinky finger rubs all the skin off my knuckle when I ride. Maybe a seam or poor carbon positioning? Anyone else have problems like this before? Any suggestions? Does anyone think Alpinestars would do something about this?
Oh, I don't necessarily think it's a "break in" issue. |

| Re: Alpinestars gloves help Are the gloves new? Had the same problem, went away after break in. If you think the glove is defective then they should replace it. Go to a local stealer and try another pair on and see how it fits. |

When I tried them on I was like how the hell do you deal with it. |

| Re: Alpinestars gloves help Yeah, it sucks. Very distracting while riding (just what you want on a motorcycle). The right hand is fine, which leads me to believe that in might be a poorly sewn seam. I guess I'll give Alpinestars a shout and see what they say. Thanks. |

| Re: Alpinestars gloves help A little uncomfortable is ok but if its HURTING then there might be a problem or a better way to break them in.
Like you said give them a call and see what they say or try on another pair of the same glove and see if you get the same thing. |

| Re: Alpinestars gloves help I've had a couple of pairs of the GP Plus without problem....sounds like you have a minor defect...unless your finger is really oddly shaped...
FWIW, I tried the GP Pro this year and could not close my hands because the plastic bits were in the "wrong" place for my knuckles. Same pair fit a buddy just fine, but I had to go back to the Plus...

I found it distracting at first, and nearly trimmed it out....now I don't even notice it....

| Re: Alpinestars gloves help The same thing happened to me when i bought the same exact glove. but for me it was the left ring finger, I took it back to the store and exchanged it and after that it was fine. They hand saw these things so its u can expect that some of the knuckle pads would be a little off. |

| Re: Alpinestars gloves help I just got my gp pros yesterday and I'll be damned they irritate the **** out of my right pinkie. I think the armour is in the wrong spot but I am not sure. If I jam my hand all the way in and then slowly push the pinkie in more it helps out some. I will give them another few days then I will see what my other options are. |

| Re: Alpinestars gloves help This isn't making me feel good since I just spent a good deal on a set of AS Pro gloves.
I had to send the first set back cause the fingers were too tight and I even ordered 1 size larger than I normally wear. I've heard from a lot of guys how they really like these gloves and I wanted to try a pair. Now I'm getting a little worried |

| Re: Alpinestars gloves help I wet mine down and took them on a few hr joruney yesterday and so far they are starting to get better. Once they are fully broken in they will be sweet I can tell already
One recomendation is to wear them around the house for a bit before you try to ride with them. |
