Icon Motorhead and SuperDuty 2 boots...

I have some specific questions on these two boot models. I've seen a *lot* of useful posts on the VFR forum and here (pointed here by VFR), and would love to find out the following:

My dealer doesn't stock the Icon boots, and it's hard to tell from online pics: Does the SuperDuty completely cover the ankle or not?

On the Motorhead, I was *almost* set to go with this boot, but have seen posts that indicate its thickness from sole to top of toe, plus the general stiffness of the boot, get in the way of "shifter feel," and thus the ability to shift rapidly/accurately.

Any info appreciated...

Bob

Barely.

I would recommend these over the super-duty's:

Beware the Icon tan, it gets really funky after some riding, if that's important to you...

I'm wearing these Alpinestars street boots though:

I had a pair of the Superduty boots, they made a popping sound when I walked so I returned them 2 days later (thats how crazy it was driving me) I got a pair of A*'s casual riding "boots" prob not the best protection but whatever
