I forgot to post the pics of my new Bagster bag last week. Sold my black two-piece bag, and got a mid-size color-matched bag to replace it.

Is it more waterproof than the old one? Looks nice, but also looks like it might be more susceptible to getting and staying dirty

It has a built in rain cover. *The other one did too, but only on the larger bag. *(It was big enough to cover the small bag too, when it was attached to the large bag. *But the small bag didn't have a rain cover of its own.)

This one is all-in-one. *It has a zippered expansion seam too. *It'll hold a helmet plug other junk when expanded. *Has backpack straps too.

As far as getting dirty, it's the same material as the tank cover and I haven't had any problems keeping that clean.

It almost looks like it's leather, as opposed to the cordura type material most others are made with. Is it leather or something similar? Nice!!

It's some kinda of PVC Vinyl they say. Not sure really. It has the look/almost the feel of leather.

Yeah, pleather, except nicer, at least that's what I thought when I saw it. There were some bags at the NY bike show this year. Nice system and looked like good quality stuff.

A definite 'must' for any serious sport tourer nut, like Conq.

Those bag systems are very nice, a friend of mine has one on his ZX9R - quality stuff. Very pricey in this country though. Could just about buy a set of leathers for the cost of them over here.

Eurobikes.com is (or was) running a special right now for $249 delivered. Gets you the tank cover for your particular bike, and the alpha tank bag (the one I just got).

$249 is pretty good - they are nearly double that here from memory.

I just checked their site for their discount and couldn't find anything. Where/how did you hear about it?
