| Re: *** Alpinestar Gloves *** I have the GP Tech, they have great protection and look very nice but they have been causing my middle finger knuckle to hurt after a day at the track, there is a couple others that had the same issue, they might chime in with their input. I would not buy another pair unless I was sure that the same thing wouldnt happen. |

| Re: *** Alpinestar Gloves *** I've had all 3 GP gloves and the Tech's are the best. The Pro's disintigrated in about a year, but I think that's because the salt from my hand sweat ate away at them. I didn't like the Pro's because the sliders on the palm are uncomfortable after some time. The plus' have been through 4 get-offs, 1 over 100mph and another through a car window and they just got retired after this last crash. Astar makes great gloves, but I recommend you rinse them out with water after long hot rides. |

| Re: *** Alpinestar Gloves *** I have the techs, no problems at all with the middle finger, I laid the bike down once at about 60 and they are barely scratched. I would buy them again in an instant.
The middle finger knuckle thing sounds like you have a death grip on the bar or something, maybe thick fingers? |

| Re: *** Alpinestar Gloves *** Can anybody give me some idea on sizing. With the tech or pro should a guy get one size up. 9 inches around my hand says large on the charts but I always find large way tight? Then again, way back here in the hills our small bike shops have a very limited supply of not so good gloves. Thanks. |
