How Good is Arai's customer service??

Hi All.... I just bought an Arai helmet from Helmet Harbor..it was one of those close out deals. So I get this helmet I go to pop of the visor and the damm clip that hold the side cover breaks off, the worse part of it , its not the clip on the cover that broke but the part that is on the helmet that holds the cover. My question is.... how good is Arai with there warranty's on there helmets ??

I'd still say contact Helmet Harbor first. Closeout doesn't mean they can send you something that's defective. Start there, then contact Arai if Helmet Harbor won't do anything. I've heard good things about HH, though.

We'll ..I got in touch with Arai and I told them my problem... they got back to me and are sending me the part that broke.. ARAI is
