I would go with a dark smoke shield, a Scorpion EXO 1000 helmet with the tinted visor inside the clear visor, the HJC FS10 helmet with the same features, an Akuma helmet with a photochromatic (auto) tinting shield, Or a WIKI design helmet with the same feature.

I own a Wiki, and the photochromatic shield is the best. Easy on the eyes, and tints fast and dark in sunlight. I love the helmet, and design of helmet and shield.
