| Re: Sidi Boots Hi there. Wasn't aware of the 2 year warranty, but if I was in your position I would go above Feridex and go direct to Sidi, even if it is just to bring to their attention that their UK rep is not doing their job, and quite possibly mis-selling their product, thus potentially bring disrepute to the brand.
Sidis aren't cheap and I hope whatever the problem is with your Vertigos I hope it gets sorted.
P.S. Some credit cards have a built-in warranty on purchases over £100. May be worth remembering how you had paid foryour boots. Good luck.

| Re: Sidi Boots I agree with Strummin, go straight to Sidi and ask. There's a contact us page on their website so I'd shoot them a message and find out straight from the horses mouth.. |

| Re: Sidi Boots Hya.
Yeah done that before when a zip broke and did it for the bad stitching, took them 18 days to reply and all they did was refer me back to Feridex.
Have sent it off to a specialist repairer to have all the stitching redone on the one boot, costing me £22.99.
To be honest if I ever find a boot other than Sidi that has adjustable calf sizes then I will get it.
Not impressed with Sidi's or Feridexs attitude and am certainly not impressed with Sidis build quality considering the price. |

| Re: Sidi Boots Dude, sorry to hear that. If I was you I would go back to Sidi again and tell them the reason for contacting them was that Feridex was unhelpful. Tell them too that you have posted your question here, and that it has already put off a potential customer.
Thanks for your post - I hope it works out for you. I was going to buy a pair of Vertigos (or those with better armour) when I pass someday, but I am starting to have second thoughts now...
A friend of mine rides with Oxtar trail boots that buckle up, he seems happy with them.

| Re: Sidi Boots I've been wearing Sidi Vertigo Corsas for over 2 years now, street and track. 2 crashes in them (wet track and grass off the edge of the track) and they are still in great shape. could use a cleaning but everything is still in tact. I wouldn't hesistate to buy another pair.
sorry to hear you're having trouble getting your issues resolved. Try calling them and speaking to someone and keep calling till they get tired of hearing from you. |
