just pick this up at newenough.com for $59 size 44 fits true to size

full ce armor, quilted vest liner, totally waterproof. the hard shell ce back protector feels like a safe item but only covers the lower half of your back.
this doesnt bother me as i wear my knox contour underneath. but it feels like it would protect me fairly well without. rode to work this morning without the liner all vents closed around 35 degrees this morning and i was comfortable. bout 50 degrees after work so i opened up the vents for the ride home and the jacket moves air pretty well. overall i am very happy with my purchase. i bought it only because it was to cheap to pass up for a good all weather textile. heres some pics more in my gallery
