Vinyl Tank Guard Material

I'm looking for clear vinyl material to stick on the sides of my tank. I already have a tank pad in the back but now want to protect the sides where my knees grip. The material is probably 20 mils or so thick so that it adheres to the tank without any additional adhesive. Sheet material would be best so I can cut it to the exact size I want. Thanks for any help you can give.

It's made by 3M, but this guy has them pre-cut. Keep the backing for templates if you decide to re-do later.

Go for the ones that stick on like tape, not the static cling.

Installation is easier than you'd think. I did the following to install them and all of the stickers on my RC.

1) Get a new spray-bottle.
2) Fill with water. Use distilled or even bottled if your water has a lot of minerals in it.
3) Put in ONE drop of dish soap. Shake a little to disperse, but don't create a lot of bubbles. If you do, let it sit.
4) Spray area where you want to put the sticker.
5) Peel sticker and put on soap/water. You will be able to move it wherever you want.
6) If I remember, tankslapper gives you a plastic squeegee. Start at one end and use it to work out the water and bubbles. It will stick as you do.

It's very easy and they have a install video on the site.

***DUX's install instructions are for the nose & front fender pieces...you do not need any soap for the 'tank kit', just a water bottle w/ 70% water & 30% rubbing alcohol (70% type)***
