| Yippiii!! Bought a new helmet today.. Took my old XR 800 out of service today, and replaced it with a Shoei Z-one.
Not sure what you call it in the USA, if you get it at all?
Looking forward to use it when spring comes
At least now I won't get pulled over for having mismatched leathers and helmet
Here it is: ehh?? |

| Re: Yippiii!! Bought a new helmet today.. It's definately color coordinated with your suit. Congrats, looks good. I'm going to have to bite the bullet and get another one real soon. Maybe a X-Eleven. |

| Re: Yippiii!! Bought a new helmet today.. Going to see about obtaining the same model Shoei in a matt silver, white or black to replace an RF-800 I feel in jinxed.
I keep on looking for a matt silver, white or sub for black but all most shops carry is graphics or some plain black. As I use a dark smoked (whish I had a light smoked instead) & clear on the other. I did have two in black, dinged it in so asked shop if they had in colours I wanted & they had to order it in ONLY forgot to order it in & I had riden down wih the dinged in model. End up with a wild thing of spider man like appearance to the likeing of young kids, but not someone my age ---- it was the only large they had in stock & an RF-800 again when I felt I would upgrade as well. True they dropped $100.00 off the cost, but still I feel that one has earned me one warning ticket for speeding & two speeding tickets.
mt reasib for feeling it is jinxed for I have not received a speeding ticket since June of '77 & yes I travel about the speed limits prior to '77 & after--still the above three in three months & when wearing the spider thing is enough to tell me it is troubled!!!!!!!!
