| Safety wire and pliers... Where is a good place (cheap) to buy safety wires and pliers? And what is the best grade to get? I heard that aircraft grade and 0.25 is good for bikes? Any thoughts? |

| Re: Safety wire and pliers... Can someone tell me the difference between "safety wire" that is sold as such, and stainless steel wire available for $1.29 a package at the hardware store? It comes in different thicknesses, and it does not break easily. Is there something about actual "safety wire" that makes it better? |

I think I ordered my wire and pliers from kneedraggers, but LP sells it too if you are in the privateer program. |

The other stuff tends to break easily and will eventually get brittle. you dont want to worry about that stuff at 150mph
Don't ask me how I know |
