I'm racing against Jake Zemke?
This is the 4-hour endurance race thread from B.A.R.F.

Jake Zemke's name showed up on the list of racers signed up for the endurance. I think he is riding with Honda test rider and AFM #1 plate Jeff Tigert. I don't know of anyone else on their team.

Think it will happen or will his sponsors say no way?

It would be an honor to get passed by him numerous times and get to see just how fast, REALLY fast is. I'll be on the same bike... 600rr I just hope I don't poop myself when he goes by.

HAHAH - that was one of the guys on my team that sent that in. We never thought they would take it seriously but apparently they did. NO - Jake Zemke will not be racing on our team on a 99 GSXR600 guys and gals.

I raced with Gobert, Desalvo...and another grave yamaha riders in the CCS GTO race at VIR. My best lap was a 36...there's were 27s!!!!!! They pass me like I pass school riders! Those guys were unbelievable!!! The rear wiggling out of every turn...I just don't see how they do it. ..the bike help but those guys could ride anything fast!

Jamie Hacking was at the CCS race at VIR this past weekend that I was at. Thank god I was not in any events he was in but he was turning mid 1:20's... Unbeleiveable.

Even though it was a joke, it's the motorcycle racing equivalent of buying a lottery ticket: you know you're not going to win, but it's really fun to dream about what you'd do if you did. Thanks for the little daydream. Ha ha.

When I raced endurance in CMRA, we raced against Team Valvoline? (I don't remember) and....NICKY HAYDEN! We actually finished ahead of them (they had a mechanical and had to quit the race)!

Edit: Well, I looked back through the finishes and I couldn't find Nicky's name anywhere. I did find Roger Lee Hayden in one of our races. Oh, and his team finished ahead of us. D'oh!

I'll have to keep searching.
