The meat of the story: "Max was Chris Peris wrench for the World Cup (according to Max on I believe Wednesday as he was looking for WC Registration). Max was seen sneaking a set of forks under the tent flap into Peris' "garage". He asserted he just did the legal mods but back at his trailer because he had the tools there and it was easier. The forks were examined without telling the examiner where they came from or why, the examiner has never worked for Max by the way, and they had different valving than stock - therefore they were illegal. Max was at that point banned from the WC paddock.
Max can sign up under another name and post if he likes but the facts are as I posted above. I have this at first hand from the people involved. From this point forward WERA will not have any business relationship with Traxxion Dynamics or Max Mcallister. He personally will not be banned from the track but he will not be allowed to vend nor will we accept advertising from him. I'm sorry it's come to this but he tried to ruin the integrity of a race we were running and that is unacceptable." |

| Re: Max Caught With His Hand In The Cookie Jar Yeah...been following that thread. WERA is giving him a slap on the wrist by not allowing him to advertise or be a vendor at their events. Serves him right...
