From a press release issued by Larry Denning; CCS official Bill Fehrman called Roadracing World and confirmed the record:

July 20th, Blackhawk Farms Raceway. Larry Denning riding a Yamaha R1 shattered the track record on the newly repaved Blackhawk Farms raceway. The old record set by Steve Johnson on the Tul-aris of 1:11:91 was lowered to a 1:09:889.

Larry was riding a 2002 Yamaha R1 with Pirelli DOT tires, 4 & 6 prepared motor, Hyperpro shock, damper and fork springs, Vesrah Super RJL pads, Thermosman Suspension forks and Arata exhaust.
