You're in Bakersfield? Have you thought of running the AFM rounds at Buttonwillow? If your 954 is legal for production (pipe allowed, fork internals, etc.), then it's legal for a bunch of classes.

Open GP
Open Superbike
Open Production

Formula Pacific if you're below something like a 1:55.
