Re: sportbiker929 hits the pavement

There I was, practicing my braking into turns. Came in a little hot and started to lean over for the turn on the brakes, which I know isn't the best idea, and I lost the front. I was on my head in a second. My joe rocket pheonix held up well, my knees took a little beating. All in all I'm fine. The bike on the other hand didn't fair as well. Right handlebar, front fender, headlight, right foot peg, and exhaust can are all scratched up. It won't be to bad to fix. Sure glad I was practicing my Super Moto skills in a parking lot on my Dual sported CRF450R. You know you thought I dumped my 929.
Mitch

Re: sportbiker929 hits the pavement

I must add that I was on full knobbies, and smooth pavement. No excuses, just factors leading to the fall. By the way, my knees are feeling much better.
