I don't think Bob and company are strictly in this for the sport. The question is, and what point do you take some of that profit and put it back in the track? What's the pressure? Riders will still come and pay, it's all up to how professional of a track the owners want to own.

Like I said, I don't know the number. Nor do I pretend to. 7500 bucks is merely hearsay until I hear from either Todd/Carol or the Nelson ownership.

Even then we don't know what insurance costs are.

you're paying that money to the trackday organizer not to the track itself. any profit there goes to the organizer not the track owners.

Edit: They are one in the same if I recall. Fastrax organization IS owned by Bob Stanley and partner, owners of the track.

I don't know if Bob Stanley still owns the majority, but I'm guessing he does. His wife hands out the certificates, collects the money, passes out shirts, etc.

The "school" is a freakin' BARN!!!
Unless there's been some serious changes to the buildings, new construction, etc.
This isn't Barber, or MidOhio, or VIR, etc.
