Useless to me unless someone rents bikes for trackdays out there. Its hard enough finding a "Buell sportbike" (it pains me to type that) for rent in New Mexico.

How's the KC sportbike rental market these days?

That's a 15 minute ride from my house.

If I had my house paid off, I'd take out a loan for that $20,000 membership.
