race suspension set-up for F4i

I had a pretty bad highside coming over the crest of a hill on the track a couple of weeks ago. I think partly I was carrying too much speed coming out of the turn and up the hill, but I think my suspension was maybe too soft as well.As I crested the hill and went to turn left my tires came completely off the ground and turned me sideways and when it touched down you can guess what happened.

Any suggestions on race set-up for an 02 f4i suspension? This is now a track only bike so no need for street settings.

Thanks

Doesn't sound like tuning your suspension would have saved you from that situation.

Most important part of suspension setup is setting your static sag. You'll need at least 1 other person to help you but 2 helpers is ideal. Once your static sag is set you can work on dialing in compression and rebound.

Thanks for the reply> I guess the suspension didn't have much of an effect on the crash. I've got lots of time now to think about what went wrong now that I have a screw holding my shoulder in place
cheers
