MotoGp subscription

motogp.com has their season's pass up for sale now. It's 27 Euros which is about $33 right now. This will get you through the entire season. So if you are one of those guys that won't pay for cable so you miss races, this is for you. You'll get to see live practice video @ the European Gps, live qualifying practice @ the European Gps, and get to see ALL the races live via a 10 minute delay. So you can watch every race of the season before it's aired on speed and not have to watch the b.s. commercials. You also get all the interviews, and highlight videos from 92 to today. Thought I'd let you guys know, I remember many can't watch the races due to the no dish/cable thing.

Re: MotoGp subscription

Ok I signed up last year for one race. Now it gives me some stupid message that says account has expired when I try to purchase the season package. WTF!!! I've even tried to create a new account on my room mates email address, but they don't even send me a password. I've sent them 6 emails trying fix the problem and not one response. Do they not speak english? Anyone else have similar problems? My user name a password still works, I just cant purchase the season.

Same happened here. I signed up for the end of season package that was supposed to run through to March sometime....but as soon as the new year ticked over I couldn't access anything. I could sign in no problem....but according to the site I had no subscription.

Sent emails and no response ( and even finding an email address to send to was a P.I.T.A )

Crappy service if you ask me

Re: MotoGp subscription

I really hope so, its been like this for me the past week or so. I don't want to have to get a direct TV, I just want to watch the racing, no television crap ass shows, just racing. I wish I could just order Speed Vision and nothing else, just the Speed.

Re: MotoGp subscription

Actually there isn't a problem. Not at all. All subscriptions just ran out. You can buy access for this weekend (IRTA testing @ Catalunya) for 1 Euro. And then you can buy full access for the year pretty soon (won't be available to purchase until after this weekend) for 30 Euro. This lasts until November, includes qualifying and I think practice, as well as the races live via 5 minute delay. It also inlcludes all past chit. I'm going to buy the pass for this weekend since it's a whopping 1 Euro.

Dude if you are on dialup? Good question.......... The qualifying, practice, and races will be streamed so I don't know how it would do. You should spend 1 Euro and try it out for the weekend. If you watch videos and the compression isn't jacking you up since you are on dialup, you should be good. Good timing, at any rate, if the streamed stuff starts to buffer too much, you'll know. And you will only be out 1 dollar and some change rather than 30 Euros.

Re: MotoGp subscription

Hey Booth

So I ordered the premium season package today. But It wont let me download anything, it just says that this is pay content. WTF! I just paid for it, the pass said valid from 1989 to Nov 2004. They sent a confirmation saying I paid, do you think they activate it when they get into the office (Germany)? And I only have dial up so I kinda took a gamble I guess if the live coverage is going to work ok. But I guess they have the full race video for download now, or at least thats what it said, is this true? If not I really screwed the pooch.

So the package choice that I ordered cant be ordered anymore, so thats a good sign, but I still cant download. Is it not going to be available till after this weekend?

Sorry for directing the questions at you Booth, they never respond.

Re: MotoGp subscription

Ok, they have just upgraded sites. So I'm sure they are knee deep in code, bugs, etc. Give it some time. I thought I saw that the season package this year started on April 16th. At least that is what it said on the old site. Give them some time to respond back.

Re: MotoGp subscription

Dial up should only be an issue with live viewing. Hopefully I'll be able to view the live timing for test this weekend, I'll let you know how it is if they fix the problem for me.
