Honda Not Racing 1000rr in Superstock?

Has Honda decided not to go after the 1000 class in Superstock?

Thanks for your thoughts!

Isn't superstock for 600's

it is over here

That could be a good reason why they wouldn't run that bike in that class

Formula Extreme is where the 600s have gone now. Superstock was 750s, now it is 1000s. Gobert was supposed to ride an Erion CBR1000RR, but couldn't get into the country because his Visa (not the credit card) had not yet been delivered to him. Honda Factory is not running 600 supersport.

It seems like Honda are puting all their effort into Suprbike and F/Extreme, while Yamaha are going for Superstock and Supersport. Silly really. What's the point? One will use it to say their bike is better, and the other will use it to say theirs is. How can the average guy in the street follow something like that?

Follow the class that allows the least amount of modifications and that will be a better indicator of which bike is the better of the rest, since it is closer to stock, i.e., what we can buy from the showroom.

Or that the AMA rules say riders that compete in FX cant in supersport and riders that compete in superbike cant in superstock.
