MotoGP testing at Jerez started today

Looks like the weather didn't play ball today. They were only able to put in a few hours. Rossi is quickest so far though, and Max is making his excuses like usual.

top three today were Rossi, Roberts, and Edwards.

soup

We'll see how it goes with better weather

Edit: check out the difference in attitudes

Edwards: "I think we've pretty much got the chassis figured out, it didn't take too long..."

Biatchi: "I didn't find any solutions today, since Barcelona I just haven't been able to go any faster. The problem is that the new chassis is difficult to find improvements in...."

Considering Edwards and Gib only had limited time last time and this time, working on the new chasis and engine, they're doing pretty well. They have been the most consistently fast at ALL of the tracks so far.

I know I've said some things about KRJR, but I'm pulling for him this year. It seems like Suzuki is finally stepping up. But we'll see.

Rossi, is just amazing

What is Max's excuse when he places behind Rossi every race...... F'in whinner

Re: MotoGP testing at Jerez started today

Colin Edwards: "I decided it was best not to go out today. If this test wasn't two weeks before the first race, even if it was a couple of weeks back then I'd have been out there all day, but you know that anything can happen in these conditions, and a stubbed finger or a bang on the toe and you're not ready for the first race. I was really happy after Australia and was very happy to race there and then, but we got thrown a curve ball with this new chassis configuration that we still need to get solid laps on. So I would say I'm content, but looking forward to what should be a great race in South Africa. I am going there to win, I didn't come here to play tiddlywinks!"

That last line Super funny man. He is classic
I guess after Hayden busted his ass today (lowslide) he skipped out

2 weeks and it's on.
